What should I expect?

Dance is ultimately about having fun and creating good feelings… so be prepared to release those high-level endorphins! It is very therapeutic and creates freedom in the body and mind. Dance is about learning – as much as you learn from me, I also learn from you! Expect that I will give you the class you want and support you both emotionally and physically.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat if you want to stretch and a bottle of water.

Can I book more than just one class?

Yes. We can do weekly or monthly sessions, as you feel comfortable.
