Dancing starts with our feet and legs with the ability to move across the body to add spins, twirls, powerful arm movements, and more!
In this workshop, we will learn the basic footwork in rhythms and patterns to get used to moving our feet. We will start with a few minutes of flow-dance to warm up and stretch.
The movements are heavily influenced by Indian Kathak and Bharatanatyam dance with a modern twist. Because we’re all different, I also encourage creativity!
